Filing details you provide — your USDOT number, contact name, contact email, and power-unit count.
Account information — if you sign up, your name and email (via Google or email/password sign-in).
Carrier record data — publicly available FMCSA record information we retrieve using your USDOT number to prepare your filing.
Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

We do not collect or store your bank account number, routing number, or full card details. Payment for our service fee is processed by Razorpay; the government fee is paid by you directly on UCR.gov.

To prepare, validate and pre-fill your UCR filing.
To create and maintain your account and show your filing history.
To process your service-fee payment via our payment provider.
To send you filing-related and support communications.
To improve and secure the Service.

Razorpay — payment processing for our service fee.
Google Firebase — authentication and secure data storage.
Our compliance-AI backend (operated within the QuickTruckTax AI family) — runs the secure browser that prepares your filing.
