EasyUCR is a digital service. There are no physical goods and no physical shipping.

How delivery works

After your service-fee payment is confirmed, the Service is delivered electronically and immediately: our AI prepares your UCR filing live in your browser, and the prepared filing is made available to you on-screen for review and submission on the official UCR.gov portal. A copy of the relevant details is associated with your account where applicable.

Delivery timeline

Preparation typically completes within minutes of starting. If you experience any delay or issue, contact us at support@grahai.com.

No physical shipment

Because everything is delivered online, no shipping address, shipping fee, or delivery timeline for physical items applies.
