Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the one-time service fee of $79 charged by EasyUCR (operated by GrahAI Systems) for AI-guided UCR preparation. It does not apply to the government UCR fee, which is paid by you directly on UCR.gov and is governed by the Unified Carrier Registration Plan's own rules.
What you're paying for
Our service fee covers the live, AI-guided preparation of your UCR filing — retrieving your carrier record, computing your exact fee, and pre-filling the official portal for your review. Delivery is electronic and typically immediate.
When you can get a refund
- Service failure: If our system is unable to prepare your filing due to a fault on our side (for example, the agent could not complete the preparation and you did not receive a usable, prepared filing), you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge is fully refunded.
- Within 7 days: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request in good faith.
When refunds may not apply
Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, refunds may not be available once your filing has been successfully prepared and made available to you for review, except in the cases listed above. The service fee is not refundable on the basis of the government fee amount, a missed government deadline, or an error in information you provided.
Cancellation
The service is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time.
How to request a refund
Email support@grahai.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (processing times depend on your bank and Razorpay).
