These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyUCR (the "Service"), operated by GrahAI Systems ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

EasyUCR is an AI-assisted tool that helps you understand, prepare and validate your Unified Carrier Registration (UCR). We retrieve your public FMCSA carrier record, compute your applicable UCR fee, open the official UCR.gov portal, and pre-fill the registration form. We stop before final submission and payment; you review and submit the filing yourself.

2. Not a filing service or professional advice

EasyUCR is not a filing service. We do not submit filings to any government agency on your behalf, do not pay the government UCR fee on your behalf, and do not act as your attorney, accountant or licensed advisor. All information provided is general guidance only and is not legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your filing and for confirming requirements with the IRS, FMCSA and your state.

3. Fees

The Service charges a one-time service fee of $79 for the guided live preparation of a UCR filing. This is separate from, and does not include, the government UCR fee, which is set by the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and paid by you directly on UCR.gov. Our service fee is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, including a valid USDOT number and contact email.
Review every prepared field before you submit on the official portal.
Complete payment of the government fee and final submission yourself.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and businesses you are authorized to act for.

5. Accounts

You may create an account to save and track your filings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrahAI Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any fines, penalties, or losses arising from your filing, a missed deadline, or reliance on information provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the relevant transaction.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software and branding on the Service are owned by GrahAI Systems and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
